Refund policy

Returns

We do not issue refunds. Returns are only for store credit or exchange. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@theitsybitsyboutique.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You can always contact us for any return questions at info@theitsybitsyboutique.com.
  • The store credit will be issued after the returned items are received.

All store credit will be issued via gift card, which does not expire and can be used online for future orders. The gift card will be emailed to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.

Customized Items

We do not accept returns of any pieces customized to your specifications or altered in any way. We only replace items if they are damaged. 

Damaged & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you, which you can use online and in-store.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
