Shipping policy

Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification, and item availability.

We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.

Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.

Final Sale Orders
Final sales orders will be processed within 5 days and shipped out of our location.

No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

For overnight or express shipping, please call us at (713) 523-3100 during regular business hours, and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS/REFUNDS

For international orders, we ship DHL International with tracking. Please feel free to ask questions before ordering, as we do not accept returns on items.

  • We DO NOT collect for any other duties or fees. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office. We have no control over this and do not know how much will be collected from you.
  • You might be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive their shipments unless you paid when you checked out.
  • We also do not have any control over customs or the packages they may randomly inspect, and we cannot guarantee that your products will or will not be subject to searches through customs. However, we can tell you that the products we ship are no longer likely to be inspected compared to any other package.
  • We do not accept forced returns.

Please ask questions before ordering, as we do not accept returns on items. It is important to note that undeliverable packages or packages that go unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. 

We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping should your package be returned to us.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns.

Any package returned to us without express written permission will be treated as abandoned property.
