The Itsy Bitsy Boutique has long been regarded as one of Houston's finest in baby and kids clothing. For that we are so proud and so grateful for every person and piece of the puzzle that keeps our shop in the heart of River Oaks. We opened our doors in October of 2009 and all our Itsy Bitsy babies have grown into that space where they aren't yet a teenager and definitely not a baby anymore. They have stepped into being a Tween. 

Our Tween Space: Hanging Out in Style

Tweens have captured our hearts over at the shop, it our new mission! We took the time and spent dollars to build a Tween loft in our new store complete with dressing rooms, a lounge area and accessories galore. We think it is important for these ladies to have a space all to their own to shop. Shopping for babies and kids is easy, and we KNOW this is not the easiest age to find age appropriate, cool styling that both Tween Girl and moms can appreciate!

What's Next: An Interactive Tween Series

It is our hope to launch a new series of virtual and in-person events geared toward our Tweens. It's so important to give them a voice and a space to feel heard and seen. We envision using our Tween Loft to host gatherings and zooms in the likes of:

• 'Be The Buyer' and helping Susan find the next Tween styles to carry in the shop, offer opinions and vote on their favorites
• Managing school related stresses (social media)
• Tween tea
• How a small business works
• Tween market - let our little entrepreneurs show us their hobbies with a pop up

We are always open to suggestions, so please ask your Tween what she would love to hear, see, do or be a part of.
