RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges, but for store credit only.
- The item must be postmarked within ten (14) days of the original shipping date.
- Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Call us to get an RMA number.
- Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange in the return package.
- You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered or washed, with tags still attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We also cannot accept returns on items with personalization.
