About This Designer

Smathers and Branson

The unique leather and stitch-work started as an idea between two college friends. After receiving needlepoint belts as gifts, they developed the concept for Smathers & Branson. The company has expanded beyond belt-making to include a wide range of products, such as wallets, phone covers, and custom designs.

RETURN INFORMATION

We do not issue refunds. Returns are only for store credit or exchange. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@theitsybitsyboutique.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You can always contact us for any return questions at info@theitsybitsyboutique.com.
  • The store credit will be issued after the returned items are received.

All store credit will be issued via gift card, which does not expire and can be used online for future orders. The gift card will be emailed to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification, and item availability.

We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.

Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.

Final Sale Orders
Final sales orders will be processed within 5 days and shipped out of our location.

No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.
