RETURN INFORMATION
We do not issue refunds. Returns are only for store credit or exchange.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- The store credit will be issued after the returned items are received.
All store credit will be issued via gift card, which does not expire and can be used online for future orders. The gift card will be emailed to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification, and item availability.
We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock.
Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.
Final Sale Orders
Final sales orders will be processed within 5 days and shipped out of our location.
No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

INVENTORY INFORMATION
We do our best for inventory to be 100% accurate, but sometimes our inventory might be off.
We will not capture payment and your card will not be charged until we know we have your item available for shipping or in-store pickup.
